Kali Schierl
With a lifelong passion for health, nutrition, and fitness, I grew up in a household that prioritized a holistic approach to well-being. From a young age, sports and an active lifestyle played a central role in my life, ultimately guiding my interest in functional nutrition and integrative medicine.
I attended The Ohio State University, where I earned my degree in nutrition and completed the Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD). I was also competing as a member of the women’s gymnastics team at Ohio State. After my gymnastics career, I found a new passion in CrossFit, which I now pursue competitively.
Building on my foundation in nutrition, I completed my master’s degree of Dietetic Systems Leadership at Montana State University. I then completed my dietetic rotations in Missoula, Montana. I am excited to share the knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the years. My goal is to help people optimize their health and performance, blending evidence-based nutrition with a holistic, personalized approach.
Working with Alyssa has been great. She is so attentive and understanding. She really focuses on making sure you feel heard and validated in your concerns without passing any judgment. Being formally on a ketogenic diet, she has been so helpful with the transition to a more balanced lifestyle and has made the transition very smooth. She has helped me so much with my mindset and view of food along the transition, along with educating me on eating balanced during this period of trying to conceive. The education and resources she has provided me along this journey has been so beneficial to help me learn and understand how to fuel my body properly for pregnancy. I am so excited to continue working with Alyssa during my fertility journey and looking forward to how much more I can learn and grow!
