Nutrition is powerful, but trying to find out what and how to eat before you get pregnant can feel like an impossible task!
I help women harness the power of nutrition and be healthy in their pregnancy so they have peace of mind knowing they’re doing all they can for their baby.
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I created an online community, program, and one-on-one sessions to help women get safe, practical, real-food information.
